Tom Goodrich
Pastor
Tom was called as pastor to Meadows in June 2003. A native of Washington, DC, he is a 1983 graduate of UVA and received his Masters of Divinity (MDiv) from Princeton Theological Seminary in 2000. Before coming to Meadows, Tom served for three years as the Associate Pastor for Discipleship and Evangelism at Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church outside of Chattanooga, TN. In addition to his pastoral duties, Tom continues to perform upon occasion with the folk-rock band, SGGL. Tom is married to the lovely and winsome Mary Goodrich. They have four children, two dogs, one cat and three hamsters at last count.

Mike Weiglein
Director of Youth and Children's Ministries
Mike joined the Meadows staff in August of 2004. Originally from Lynchburg, VA, he graduated from The College of William & Mary in 1999 and then moved to Virginia Beach for five years. While there he headed the middle school ministry at Galilee Church and also worked part-time for Young Life. Mike enjoys hanging out with friends, watching movies, and singing in his car.

Timothy McConnell
Parish Associate
Tim completed his Ph.D. in Historical Theology at the University of Virginia in 2009, and is a friend of the Goodrich's from seminary. He is the Director of Graduate Ministries at the Center for Christian Study. http://www.studycenter.net/ He and his wife, Abigail, have three children and live in Hollymead.

Charles Pickell
Parish Associate
Charles is a graduate of Juniata College and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and has done graduate work at Harvard University and Andover Newton Theological School. He has served churches in Atlantic City, NJ, Monongahela, PA, Newton, MA, Hyattsville, MD, and Vienna and Ashburn, VA. Since retiring in 1994, he has served as Parish Associate at the Leesburg, VA Presbyterian Church and the First Presbyterian Church of Charlottesville. He and his wife, Sally, have lived in Charlottesville since 2000. They have six children and ten grandchildren.

Tara Ford
Organist/Choir Director
Tara is a gifted organist and choir director with many years' service at Meadows. She is a talented vocalist in her own right and has performed with various musical and theatre groups in the community.

Danielle Oakes
Administrative Assistant
Danielle recently joined the staff and is already a vital part of Meadows. She is busy keeping records, preparing bulletins, assembling the newsletter and answering the phones. She knows what's happening and when!

Ann Cox
Nursery Attendant
Ann grew up as a child in the Meadows family. We are so grateful for her faithful and quiet service to our infants, toddlers and their families.
